الشحن والتوصيلShipping

نوصل إلى جميع إمارات الدولة السبع مجانًا وبلا حدٍّ أدنى للطلب. التوصيل داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط. نتواصل معك هاتفيًا أو بالبريد لتأكيد الطلب قبل الشحن.We deliver free to all seven emirates with no minimum order, within the UAE only. We confirm your order by phone or email before shipping.

يصلك الطلب عادةً خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل من تأكيده.Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days of confirmation.

الاستبدال والإرجاعReturns

يمكنك إرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من استلامه، بشرط أن يكون مختومًا ولم يُفتح، وفي عبوته الأصلية كما وصلك. لا نقبل إرجاع العطور المفتوحة أو المستخدمة حفاظًا على سلامة المنتجات.You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is sealed, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.

إذا وصلك منتج تالف أو مختلف عمّا طلبت، أخبرنا خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام وسنعالج الأمر.If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right.

مصدر عطورناWhere our fragrances come from

نقدّم العطور العالمية بأقل من أسعارها في المتاجر لأنها من مخزون التصفية، وهي نوعان:
• إصدارات سابقة (2020–2021)، وهي معظم ما نعرضه.
• إصدارات حديثة فيها عيب بسيط في العلبة أو الغطاء أو العبوة.
ويمكنك معرفة تاريخ إنتاج العبوة من رمز التشغيلة المطبوع عليها عبر موقع checkfresh.com.We offer world fragrances below store prices because they come from clearance stock, in two kinds:
• Earlier editions (2020–2021), which make up most of what we sell.
• Recent editions with a small flaw in the box, cap or bottle.
You can look up a bottle's production date from the batch code printed on it at checkfresh.com.

لا، نوصل داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط.No, we deliver within the UAE only.
